Once you make the choice to go after a healthy lifestyle, you become more conscious of certain foods that must be worked into your diet. My idea for this post is not to get into talking about the health benefits of eating more fruits and veggies. However, I feel like more and more young people want to eat better but they just don't know how. Living in the fast pace age of technology and instant gratification, super-sized cheap ass fast food is everywhere you look. What you want to do is start by thinking ahead, pre-cook your healthy meals at the begging of the week. Have a good breakfast each morning, pack your lunches, and make up your mind: No matter what! Eating out is no option! Haha. This is chicken salad by the way.
