Healthy is a way of living. It's takes time, patients and dedication. To completely change the core of your eating habits you must change the way u think about food. It's not about eating to be full! It's about eating to fuel your body's needs. Healthy fats, proteins, and carbs all used in the right ways will help your body build muscle and recover from intense workouts faster. My greatest goal in life is to be better today than the day before ;)
