Chill day reading 50th law by the pool. One of my favorite books to read over and over! I love how it takes you back into American history and points out the traits of the hustlers types from the past. This book give the reader a clear view of some of the different ideas and unconventional ways of thinking and doing business that paved way for where we are today.

Once you make the choice to go after a healthy lifestyle, you become more conscious of certain foods that must be worked into your diet. My idea for this post is not to get into talking about the health benefits of eating more fruits and veggies. However, I feel like more and more young people want to eat better but they just don't know how. Living in the fast pace age of technology and instant gratification, super-sized cheap ass fast food is everywhere you look. What you want to do is start by thinking ahead, pre-cook your healthy meals at the begging of the week. Have a good breakfast each morning, pack your lunches, and make up your mind: No matter what! Eating out is no option! Haha. This is chicken salad by the way.

Today I'm In the studio all day! God is good! I feel so blessed to be where I am right now! Who could have imagined that one day I'd have my own apts in Hollywood with recording studio to do what I love..wow! This is the story of the 513 hustler!
I think one of the biggest steps one can take toward eating healthy and living that healthy life style i's seeking out the proper the education. If you grew up anything like me,fast food is all you really know. It's takes a little to get into the spirt of it but once you do,you'll find there's all kinds of ways you can slowly make the transition into the the healthier you! Try going with this all natural almond milk! Taste delicious, is gluten free, and soy free, way less calories and won't give you that full bloated feelin;) it's all about baby steps, I live to be better today than yesterday family!

Eating healthy is a choice. Sit this out in the morning and just snack from it,all day and in between meals. Get three or four of these in a week and watch how much more energetic and motivated to work out you feel. You'll also find that your mind feels clearer and more focused.
