Teen Dies and Basically Tells The World How Kid Cudi is His Angel

Kid Cudi  reaches out to a teenage fan who, unfortunately, died on Christmas day.
Suffering from a heart condition, Been Breedlove makes a silent video that goes viral before he dies.
I for one, also love Kid Cudi's music. It's amazing to think it has the power to touch and comfort someone who's dying. When I read Kid Cudi's official blog  i became inspired  by his words about Breedlove's video.

"Life is really fucked up sometimes, but I know Ben is at Peace, and I hope he gets a chance to sit and talk with my Dad. We love you Ben. Forever. Thank you for loving me."
 Real shit.

Peter parker 513 TV- Hustle and flow.. Season one episode #13 KNOCK KNOCK!! HELLO IT'S ME HUSTLE

I was born in Compton, CA, but raised in Cincinnati, OH, (the 513). As I look at this video for the first time in a while since I made it, the major feeling I get is gratitude. Anyone who knows me, or that I come across knows I love the 513, its who I am, its the city that I represent. But when I look at all the CD's in this video, now long gone, and think about all the people that show me support on the streets of Hollywood, I cant help but to feel lucky just be here and to have made it this far. The locals do show love, but the big majority come from music lovers and hip hop fans from all over the world. From places like Australia, Germany, UK, Russia, China, Japan, Sweden, Africa, France, Denmark and Norway, and thats just what quickly comes to mind. Lol. If you have one of these CD's I sincerely thank you with all that i have.

One way to get more likes on your Facebook fan page

For most, the term social media is becoming a
house hold name. Now more than ever, it is revolutionizing all aspects of industry and the ways business is conducted on a global scale. For the indie musician of the future, this is lovely. Reverbnation is one of the best tools for artist and bands. The photo at the top is a screen shoot taken of my artist landing page on facebook, powerd by reverbnation. The video below it is a excellent step-by-step tutorial.

Air Jordan XI Retro Concords

What can make a  pair if shoes so desirable that people are willing to risk their freedom, or even life trying to get?
i wasn't shocked to see that two days before Christmas when Nike released one of the most famous and memorable Air Jordans of all times, people get hurt! Unfortunate as this may be, if  you look back over the last twenty years, you'll see countless reports of violence or even worse circumstances that have come about because of the release of a pair of shoes. In my mind, this gives new meaning to the term sneaker
addict. Please, don't believe the hype!!

Take a look at the link and read a story I found about the shoes:

A Hustlerz Ambition

Some people might watch this and see Young Jeezy as just another rapper perpetuating the system. Others may see this and become fascinated by the lifestyle he leads and want to be Young Jeezy. Personally, hearing Jeezy's testimony was chilling, real G's don't make it that far and there's almost little to none left today. It reminds me of family members we lost playing the game.

Peter parker 513 TV- Hustle and flow.. Season one episode #1 THE BOOK OF PETER PARKER 513

I started the video series, Peter Parker 513 TV, counterpart to this blog a few months back. Please let me apologize in advance for its poor videography. Most of the footage up to this point is shot by me with an HD flip camera, which I carry with me at all times, (you can read more about it in my post "Humble Beginnings.") Although the videos are random and seem to have no function, in my mind they're practice for something that could evolve into something else.  It's very important that my followers, or potential followers, get a look at the real me.

Reasons Why The Future is Ours

As we race like a speeding bullet into the new age of technology, it seems as if things can only keep getting better for the indie musician of the future. With constant breakthroughs in online distribution and innovative social media eCommerce tools, like the ones you see in this video, any person with the drive and the dream has a shot at getting their music heard and making the money they deserve as well.

T-Pain, Ahead of The Game

Wow, I'm going to start this off by saying bravo, to the man T-Pain. My first reaction was "are you serious" but as I thought about it I could not help but to admire him. This is another genius business move on his part, further continuing to brand himself as the undisputed auto tune king. In my mind, something like this also shows a great deal about his ability to reinvent his image and consistently capitalize on the movement that is T-Pain.    Now Go buy one!! haha

The Social Media Take Over

I don't think there's enough to be said about the vast possibility's that social media provides for the tech savvy musicians of the future. Being a super nerd myself, I am always looking to stay ahead of the curve from the tons of new platforms and tools that seem to be popping up by the millions. From the monetizing and analytics,  to search engine optimization and viewer engagement strategies, you can look forward to me sharing all my thoughts, tips, tricks, and information outlets that I come across, as I look to push the boundaries and forge a name for myself as an indie artist.

Book Worm

This is a must have book. If you are looking to work in any aspeact of the music business, then this book will be like a new best friend. It's easy to read straight to the point but not dry and dull. It's not like your reading a text book. Donald S. Passman is very knowledgeable and whitty in how he teaches music business and its complexions, often using cartoon photos and graphs.

Flow, Micro Goals, and Preparation

At this very moment, my life feels almost like that of moving traffic. I'm not always sure in which direction it's going, it's just passing. Last night my make-shift band played our second official gig at the house known as the mansion in Hollywood. We got an OK reception from what was really most metal heads, but man it felt so good to perform. I have a lot of work to do.

Reasons Why The Future is Ours

To say that I'm a 50 CENT fan would be an understatement. I love 50. I find myself reading this book THE 50th LAW. Written in conjunction between 50 and the great Robert Greene. Honestly I think this book should be in every school in America. I'm reading this, for what will be my third time through since its release. I find its fearless concepts priceless in my day to day life.

The heart of the city..

I will always and forever be proud of the city and state from which I came. My love for Cincinnati remains to be like that of a first love.
